WebTorrent concept browser

@tom-james-watson implemented a concept distributed web browser powered by torrents. Instead of the traditional client/server architecture, websites are published and loaded via torrents. wtp-ext web extension uses libdweb to add wtp:// protocol support to the Firefox.
